The history is perhaps the most interesting story to share. We invite you to enjoy the century-old houses, discover the stories of the Gobblers and visit the newly restored DeWitt County Courthouse. Make sure you stop to enjoy the stories of the churches and travel a couple of miles outside of the city to follow the Chisholm trail. If the walls could talk in Cuero, they’d have a lot to share.
